Terms of Service
These Terms cover what Nivaronix does, what you may scan with it, and how each of us is responsible when something goes wrong.
Last updated: 6 August 2026 · Policy version: 2026-08-06-v2
1. Who you are agreeing with
Nivaronix is operated by Pravin Gyawali, based in Butwal, Nepal. In these Terms, "we", "us" and "Nivaronix" mean that operator, and your agreement is with that individual.
Nivaronix is not a registered company, so there is no company registration number or registered office to state. Contact: [email protected].
2. Agreeing to these Terms
By using Nivaronix you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to them, do not use the service.
3. What the service does
Nivaronix is a web infrastructure security monitoring and security posture analysis platform. It helps you understand the external security configuration of domains you control — SSL/TLS setup, HTTP security headers, DNS records, and related exposure signals.
Nivaronix does not perform penetration testing and does not attempt to exploit vulnerabilities against any target.
5. Your licence to use Nivaronix
For as long as your account is in good standing, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use Nivaronix, and the reports and other materials it produces, for your own business purposes.
That expressly includes commercial use. If you are a consultant, agency or managed service provider, you may use Nivaronix to deliver services to your own clients — monitoring domains those clients own or have authorised you to assess, and sharing the resulting reports with them — provided you remain responsible for their compliance with these Terms, and provided the authorisation warranty in section 4 holds for every domain you submit.
The licence is not a transfer of ownership. We keep all intellectual property rights in the platform, its software and its underlying materials. Under this licence you may not:
- Resell, sublicense or redistribute access to the platform itself, or offer it to third parties as a competing or substantially similar service
- Copy, modify or mirror the platform's software or website materials, or host them on another server
- Decompile or reverse engineer any software on the platform
- Remove or obscure any copyright or other proprietary notice, except where a plan you are paying for includes white-labelled reporting, in which case use that feature rather than editing our output
Sharing a report with the client whose domain it describes, or with anyone else inside your own organisation, is normal use and is not restricted by the bullets above.
6. Accuracy of results
Material on Nivaronix may contain technical, typographical or photographic errors. We do not warrant that any of it is accurate, complete or current.
Automated scan reports may contain inaccuracies, false positives or false negatives. They are produced by automated analysis rather than manual expert review, so they are informational: have a qualified person review and validate them before you rely on them for a security or compliance decision.
7. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account secure, which includes using a strong password and not sharing your credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, tell us promptly at [email protected].
We may suspend or terminate an account we reasonably believe is being used for unauthorized scanning, abuse of the platform, circumvention of rate limits, or any other breach of these Terms.
8. Warranties
The materials on Nivaronix are provided "as is". We make no warranties, express or implied, and we disclaim all other warranties, including without limitation implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of intellectual property or other rights.
9. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. If you are a consumer, nothing here affects your statutory rights, including the rights described in our Refund Policy. Read the rest of this section subject to that.
Subject to the paragraph above, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms and your use of Nivaronix, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, is limited in aggregate to the total amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim. If you have paid us nothing in that period — for example, on the Free plan — our aggregate liability is limited to USD 100.
Subject to the first paragraph, we are not liable for indirect, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of anticipated savings, loss of business or business interruption, loss of goodwill, or loss or corruption of data, however caused.
Nivaronix reports what it observes about a domain's external configuration. It is not a guarantee that a system is secure, and section 6 explains why its output must be reviewed before you rely on it. We are not liable for a security incident that Nivaronix did not detect or did not report.
10. Links to other sites
We have not reviewed every site linked from the platform and are not responsible for the contents of any linked site. A link does not imply we endorse it. Use any linked site at your own risk.
11. Changes to these Terms
Every version of these Terms carries a policy version, shown at the top of this page. When you accept them, we record which version you accepted, and that is the version your agreement is with until you accept a later one.
If we make a material change — anything that changes your rights, our obligations, the price, or how we handle your data — we issue a new policy version and tell you before it takes effect, by email to your account address or by a notice in the product. Continuing to use Nivaronix after the effective date means you accept the new version. If you would rather not, cancel before that date; our Refund Policy says what happens to the period you have already paid for.
Minor edits that change no obligation — fixing a typo, clarifying a sentence, renumbering — are made without notice and without a new version, precisely so that a version bump keeps meaning something.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, where the operator is based (Butwal, Nepal), and the courts of Nepal have jurisdiction over any dispute.
If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country in which you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country. Where the law of your country of residence gives you a right that these Terms do not, you keep that right.
13. Privacy
What we collect, who receives it and how long we keep it is set out in our Privacy Policy. If you live in the United States, our US State Privacy Notice sets out the additional rights you have under California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Utah and comparable state laws, and how to use them.
