Refund Policy
Fourteen days to change your mind on your first payment, cancel any time, and a real person answers the email.

Who you are paying
Nivaronix is operated by Pravin Gyawali, based in Butwal, Nepal. Payments are billed manually today rather than through an automated payment processor: an operator sends you an invoice, confirms the payment by hand once it arrives, and activates your plan. Refunds are issued the same way, directly by us, to the payment method you used.
Free plan
The Free plan costs nothing and never converts to a paid plan on its own. You are only ever charged if you deliberately choose a paid plan. There is nothing to refund on Free, and nothing to cancel.
14-day refund on your first payment
If you are within 14 days of your first payment on a paid plan and Nivaronix is not right for you, contact us and we will refund it in full. You do not need to justify the request.
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, this reflects a statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts, and nothing on this page limits it.
Renewals and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel at any time and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for — we do not cut off access the moment you cancel.
We do not automatically refund a renewal you forgot to cancel. If a renewal charge has caught you out and you have not meaningfully used the service in that period, contact us anyway. We would rather refund it than keep money from someone who did not intend to spend it.
If the service fails
If Nivaronix suffers a prolonged outage or fails to deliver the monitoring you are paying for, contact us and we will refund the affected period. We publish how the platform is built and where its limits are on our reliability page, including the fact that we do not currently offer an uptime service level agreement. We would rather tell you that plainly than sell you a guarantee we cannot keep.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address on your account, and tell us which charge you mean. You do not need an invoice number, though it helps.
We aim to respond within 2 business days. Once a refund is approved, we return it manually to the payment method you used, and will tell you what to expect for timing when we confirm it — that depends on your bank or payment provider, which we do not control today.
Questions
If anything here is unclear, ask before you buy — [email protected]. A question answered beforehand is cheaper for both of us than a refund afterwards.
